All Cancellations must be made by placing a phone call and also sending an email requesting the same. All deposits are non-refundable. (30%)

Cancellations for all Vehicles must be made at least 48 hours before the expected pickup time. Limousines, Minibuses, and Motor Coach 72 hours before charter time will be billed at 100%.
Each client is responsible to notify us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations & missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after flight arrival. Please observe our non-smoking policy.
The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle whether by accident, neglect, or intent. Any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 1000.00 for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is 500.00. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Alcohol Consumption and drug use are prohibited by law.
We assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicles.
Airline Limousine Service assumes no responsibility for flight information other than what is listed above.
The Driver may terminate the charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles.
Airline Limousine Service will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed an "Act of God".

Airline Limousine Service reserves the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control. Once the contracted number of hrs. has been completed, Airline Limousine Service will not refund or credit any money back. If there is a reason for credit, It will only be credited towards your next reservation. That's the only provision we will honor under this contract. Providing your credit card over the phone means you have authorized Airline Limousine Service to debit the agreed amount without any other signed authorization. The client assumes full financial responsibilities for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet, wait time, gratuity, and damage fees by accepting our service.
